These Terms of Service govern your use of the WordPress hosting services provided by Clixoni Ltd (trading as Best WP Hosting), registered in England & Wales (company number 15345847), registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By purchasing a hosting plan you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide managed WordPress hosting services as described on our website. All plans are virtual products delivered electronically. Your hosting account will be set up within 24 hours of payment and login details sent by email.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment. Monthly plans are billed monthly. The price you sign up at is your renewal price — we will not increase your hosting costs without 30 days’ written notice.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our WordPress hosting service within 30 days of your first payment, contact us at hello@bestwphostingsite.com for a full refund. This guarantee applies to your first payment only and does not apply to renewals.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our hosting services for:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Storing or distributing malware
  • Any activity that compromises the security or performance of our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend accounts in breach of these terms without notice.

5. Pageview Limits

Each plan includes a monthly pageview allowance. We do not charge overage fees or suspend accounts for occasional limit breaches. If your site consistently exceeds the plan limit, we will contact you to discuss upgrading.

6. Uptime SLA

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting plans. This excludes scheduled maintenance (communicated 24 hours in advance), force majeure events, and issues caused by customer actions.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your hosting plan at any time by emailing hello@bestwphostingsite.com. Annual plans cancelled after the 30-day refund window are non-refundable for the remaining period. Monthly plans will not be renewed after the current billing period ends.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clixoni Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our hosting services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
